Return Policy

Returns (Un asked)

Our 3 Day Return Policy is flexible and extremely considerate of our customer. We wait for 3 days for you to come back to us for a refund, from the date of the shipment reaching you. In case our 3 day window has passed, we cannot issue a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be “unopened, unused and in the same packaging (outer and inner if applicable) and as is condition” as it reached you. Please do send us the product on to pay basis. Supporting images will be a huge help to speed up the process. Needless to say, the original packing needs to be intact with labels and seals in place. Any change in the above listed conditions will delay and further reduce the possibility of accepting a return.

We’ll refund your order with no questions asked, if you’re able to send it back with all above conditions met, within 7 days from purchase and notify us on hello@urbanbeanscoffe.com

Refunds (Inspected)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based solely on the discretion of our inward quality check team. Being food items, we have stringent inward and outward inspection criteria.

If approved, either partial or in full, your refund will be processed, and a credit coupon or direct credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In case of COD or other unforeseen and uncontrollable challenges, we’ll issue a cheque or send by IMPS whichever is mutually convenient.

Cancellations

For Cancellations please contact us within 12 hours of placing the orders online on hello@urbanbeanscoffee.com

Requests received after dispatch details and tracking code sharing will not be cancelled. You may try a return method as listed above. We hope you will appreciate our return policy which is in favor of reducing returns.
